BCL Legal is assisting a leading UK law firm in its recruitment of a Residential Development Solicitor with a minimum of two years' PQE to join its award winning Birmingham property team. The team specialise in residential development work, acting on behalf of top UK house builders, traders, investors and landowners so this is a great opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to develop their career within a highly regarded team. The role:

- The successful Residential Development Solicitor will be involved in residential development matters for an array of clients including; homebuilders, traders, investors and landowners.
- Work will include land acquisition for development purposes and site set up.
- There will also be the opportunity to do broader real estate work.
- Developing, managing and maintaining client relationships.

Candidate requirements:

- Qualified Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years' PQE.
- Solid residential development experience.
