Are you a Residential Conveyancer with 18 months - 2 years PQE in search of an opportunity to propel your career with a firm in Hertford, Hertfordshire? This firm are seeking a keen Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor/ Licenced Conveyancer/ CILEX/ ILEX) to join their very client focussed team, to continue with their great client relations and foster new ones. You will be provided exposure to a quality of work that is almost unparalleled given the size of the firm.

The Role
This expanding firm are In search of a Residential Conveyancer (CILEX, FILEX, Licenced Conveyancer) with 18 months - 2 years' PQE, based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.
You will handle a mixed caseload to a high standard dealing with Leasehold and Freeholds, sales and purchases, transfers of legal title and re-mortgages.
The desired candidate will have a good track record of business development and a willingness to upkeep good, professional client relationships.
You'll benefit from joining an incredibly friendly practice who will develop and invest into you to springboard your career making this an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious to reach success in the Conveyancing field. You will deal with a mixture of clients from first time buyers to 1.5 - 2million pound properties.
