Top tier Financial Services team in the Middle East are in the market for a Debt Capital Markets associate to join their market leading team in the Middle East. The team handles a broad range of regional and international transactional work, including structured finance and securitisation, debt capital markets, Islamic finance/sukuk and derivatives. Clients are primarily banks, finance companies, insurers, rating agencies and corporates, and transactions range from mid-market domestic deals to structured cross-border financings and restructurings. They are ideally seeking someone with high-level experience within a major international law firm of working for underwriters and issuers on international bond issues and medium term note programmes.
