Job Details
This US firm is looking for a projects lawyer to help with the development and financing of major projects in Saudi Arabia and across the Middle East. You will act for governments, sponsors, and contractors on a wide variety of energy and infrastructure projects. Your experience should include some upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas contracts; refinery, petrochemical, and heavy industrial projects; independent power and water projects; and airport and port developments exposure. You will assist on advising on corporate and commercial transactions linked to the establishment and operation of these facilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most amazing deals happening in the region. You will work with a Partner highly thought off in the legal market and the career trajectory will be reflected in this.
