Construction Associate

The Construction department at this highly-regarded mid-town practice regularly punches above its weight in the market, with an outstanding reputation for both contentious and non-contentious work. Led by Partners with superb individual rankings in relevant industry publications, the team advises a broad and diverse range of clients including contractors, funders, developers, architects, and surveyors on all aspects of Construction law.

Due to the ongoing growth of the team, an opportunity has now arisen for a 1-3 PQE Construction Associate who is interested in focusing primarily on contentious matters, but is also keen to maintain a degree of transactional work. The department has a linear structure, and the successful applicant will be afforded multiple opportunities to take on a high degree of responsibility at a relatively early stage of their career.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a clear track record of experience in Construction law, ideally with a focus on contentious matters, gained within a comparable Construction practice at either a leading City, International, or Boutique practice.
