Their team specialises in advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors and security providers on structuring, negotiating and documenting a broad range of both conventional and Shariah compliant financings. These include market leading regional transactions in corporate lending, asset finance, project finance and debt restructurings. Applicants should ideally be UK or Commonwealth qualified, and have a varied range of high-level banking & finance experience. Experience in Islamic finance, ME regional experience or Arabic language skills would be advantageous, though are not essential.
