Derivatives Lawyer – 12 month FTC

This leading international investment bank is seeking a derivatives lawyer at VP Level to provide legal advice and support to the bank on derivatives, repo, securities lending, clearing securities and brokerage agreements.  In addition, you would be involved in negotiating trading agreements and other documentation between the company and its counterparties, as well as advice and support relating to netting and collateral enforceability opinions.  Our client is ideally seeking a qualified lawyer but will consider candidates who have extensive experience of working on trading agreements as well as a good working knowledge of recent and current regulatory changes including MiFID2 and Dodd-Frank.
