Your new role

A sought after interim legal counsel role. This is a commercial generalist role for a 3 month contract with the potential to go permanent. The role will involve drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including outsourcing agreements, procurement contracts, market data licensing agreements, software licenses, cloud and technology vendor agreements. You will gain management experience by supervising a paralegal.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an England and Wales (or common law) qualified solicitor with a 4+ years' experience (guidance only) with a good knowledge of contract law and extensive commercial experience. You will be a commercially orientated individual with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
