Top 10 independent Australian law firm seeks aspiring Senior Associate for its busy Banking & Finance team in Melbourne, working with well-known Partners on varied, complex and innovative finance matters spanning corporate finance, secured and unsecured financing, property and construction finance and other real estate financing transactions, bilateral and syndicated financing, mezzanine and subordinated debt financing, inter-creditor arrangements, cross border transactions and acquisition finance.
