The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Residential Property Partner into their City of London office.

The wider Real Estate department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers. You will be part of a wider team of leading individuals in their respective areas. The Real Estate department undertake largely High value work.

You will join a growing Residential Property team who have a high level of expertise. The client base will include; Owner-managed businesses, celebrities, individual athletes, sports clubs, Technology companies, gaming companies and large PLC's.

This position comes with a very competitive salary and an opportunity to head the practice.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Residential Property Lawyer with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit with experience)
  • You will have a good technical knowledge
  • You will be a commercially minded individual
  • Ideally you will have a client following or a demonstrated track record of developing your own clients and work
  • Being able to deliver the highest level of client service is essential
  • Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, you will also receive a lucrative bonus structure and benefits package
