This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Employment Associate looking for a Step into Legal Director or a Legal Director looking to make a lateral move with realistic progression opportunities. You will be part of a Top 20 UK practice working on the most complex and high-profile matters.

The Role

This Top 20 UK firm are looking to for an Employment Legal Director (7 years PQE+) to join the team in their Flagship City of London office.

You will be dealing with strategic employment law advice, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy, complex grievances at a senior level including discrimination, whistleblowing and Partnership disputes. The position will also involve high value and high court litigations.

You will also have the opportunity to help deliver solutions in M&A and outsourcing space, in order to further you experience. You will be part of the wider managerial team, managing client relationships and supervising junior colleagues. You will be part of a highly ranked Legal 500 department, working alongside leading individuals within the Employment field.

Promotion will be an opportunity to the right candidate that matches the Groups growth ambitions.

Requirements:

  • You will be an Employment Solicitor with over 7+ years of experience (There is no upper limit for this position)
  • You will have experience within a respectable large practice
  • Experience of client management and practice development would be an advantage
  • Client facing experience
  • Must have an eye for details, spotting opportunities and able to suggest improvements proactively.
