Job Details
We are working with a dynamic firm in London with international presence that is looking to expand its Real Estate team by way of targeting NQ-3 PQE associates.
This particular role focusses on residential property work. The team advises both national and international high-profile commercial investors and residential developers on the buying and selling of residential real estate in addition to advising on the acquisition and holding of real estate assets. Given the outreach of the work on offer, associates also coordinate on tax-efficient structures for holding in foreign jurisdictions.
The firm actively promotes frequent client interaction, so this is a great opportunity for a candidate to work with a range of clients that will serve as a boost to professional and career development.
NQs interested in applying ought to have completed a Real Estate seat during their training contract at a City firm in London or a renowned firm in any other regional hub, and they should have up to 6 months of post-qualified experience. That said, applications are also welcome from trainees due to qualify in September 2019.
