Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially-minded individual to join their Contentious Trusts team based in Surrey and play an integral role in its future success. The contentious trusts team is a part of the wider Dispute Resolution team which is top-tier rated within the legal directories outside of London.

This team frequently advise private banks; trust companies; and high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of disputes including;

• Breach of trust and directions claims;
• Court of protection disputes;
• 1975 Act claims;
• Asset tracing;
• Undue Influence matters.

We would like to speak with individuals who can demonstrate a consistently strong academic record and genuine appetite for business development. You will have trained with a recognised regional or city firm and preferably have a minimum of 1 PQE, although applications are welcome from all levels.
