OUR CLIENT
An international business seeks to recruit a Commercial Lawyer c 5 PQE with a background in financial services/payments to join an established in house legal function.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be expected to manage a varied and challenging workload, supporting strategic projects within the organisation.
You will be expected to work alongside the business, with responsibility for managing commercial and regulatory matters including; the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial and technology agreements, advice relating to special projects, product development and regulatory matters.
This is a superb opportunity for a lawyer looking to work on a broad range of projects across multiple jurisdictions playing a key role in supporting the company's rapid growth by providing results orientated advice.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this highly rewarding opportunity, applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant technical skills ideally with previous regulatory/fintech experience, possibly gained within the banking sector. .
