Job Details
Unique senior commercial role suitable for an ambitious senior associate (or equivalent) with a forward thinking firm based in Hertfordshire.
Our client seeks to appoint an experienced specialist commercial contracts lawyer with at least 5 years experience. The focus of this challenging role will be to advise and support one of the firm's major clients on their commercial contracts porfolio. Aside from working in the firm's base in Hertfordshire in a busy and partner led team, you will be invited to work on site with the client for one day per week in London.
The role includes advising on, negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial agreements and contracts including agency and distribution agreements, intellectual property licenses and assignments, purchase and supply agreements, research and development agreements, and terms and conditions of the sale and purchase of goods.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity which offers the chance to play an instrumental role in a leading commercial team where you'll be handling diverse work whilst gaining first hand experience of working "in-house" as part of your role.
