JOB TITLE: Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: London

THE ROLE:
This dispute resolution team deals with a broad cross-section of cases from major cross-border disputes that threaten the existence of a company and judicial review work, to advising on the choice of dispute resolution clauses in contracts and mediating to resolve long-running, intractable cases. The firm takes care to understand the client's objectives before devising and implementing an effective strategy tailored to their needs. Clients range from multi-national corporations, regulatory bodies and trade associations to banks and other financial institutions, educational establishments and companies involved in group actions. The team is increasingly working with international law firms, accountancy firms and corporates to provide clients with global solutions across multiple jurisdictions – particularly in India, the US, Europe and the Caribbean.

COMMERCIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION ASSOCIATE:
The successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor will be based in a well-known CDR team. Initiative and a common sense approach to problem solving are essential and the successful applicant will have general commercial litigation experience, with good knowledge of making interim applications, trial experience and a sound knowledge of the CPR. Experience should include IT/IP work, shareholder disputes, banking disputes, regulatory work and insolvency.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance.
