In-house Lawyer – Full-Time or Part-Time

Banking and Finance, Corporate, Real Estate, Employment, Commercial or in-house experience is of particular interest for a new role at Clarilis. 

This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer to join our high-growth company established by our two founders, a magic circle lawyer and the technical architect of the Clarilis system.

Clarilis provides technology and services to a growing list of top 100 client law firms and in-house legal teams.  Reporting to the head of legal you will have strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail. Our legal team plays a critical role in the automation of our client’s documents alongside our document analysts and technology professionals.

We are seeking a UK qualified lawyer who has trained with a reputable firm having gained at least 3 years’ experience in a fee earning role. The position would also suit candidates with substantially more experience.  You will enjoy taking responsibility for running a variety of interesting projects including client training. The role would suit a lawyer who has an interest in legal technology who is seeking a new challenge where they can use their legal specialism in-house.  Other specialisms outside of those mentioned above will be considered.
