Commercial Property Locum

Our client is a reputable regional-based law firm, who are seeking a temporary member of staff for their Commercial Property Department. The assignment is due to commence in mid-July for a period of two weeks.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with practical conveyancing experience in handling a varied caseload of matters including:

- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals 

- Granting of leases 

- Lease extensions

- Option agreements 

- Property financing 

A strong commercial property background is essential and candidates must be able to handle their own caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion. 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and client facing skills and be comfortable with working in an autonomous manner and as part of the wider property team.
