The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Agriculture Partner into their office near Cambridge.

You will be responsible for building your own client base in the region; therefore, you must be client facing and business development focused to increase their Agriculture Property offering throughout the Cambridgeshire and East Anglia region, working closely with the other offices.

Although this opportunity will be based around Agriculture areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas Commercial Property including: Sales, purchases and tenancy issues, Boundary disputes, Environment & Planning, Development diversification and Estate Management.

If you are an experienced Senior Associate or Partner seeking the opportunity to build your team from the ground up - this firm will work with you closely to facilitate this offering full support to ensure the future success of your team.

Requirements

• You will be a Senior Associate or Agriculture Partner with at least 8 years PQE +
• Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
• You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
• A transferable client base or regional contacts is not essential highly advantageous
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, and client base - you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
