However due to plans to expand their offering further throughout Cambridgeshire, this Top 200 UK firm are now seeking an experienced Corporate and Commercial Associate join the team.

The Role
The firm are looking to hire an experienced Corporate and Commercial Associate into their Cambridgeshire office
The firm are expanding at a fast rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the Corporate and Commercial team. The caseload will depend on your own focus; however, their typical range of Corporate Commercial matters include contracts and agreements, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate transactional work, Company formation and restructuring, terms of sale and purchase and joint ventures.
The clients will depend on the individual hired and their strengths in business development and marketing, so this is a real chance to work in a broad range of sectors or chase an area in which you have always been passionate about. The team are spectacular at what they do, so benefit from referrals and work of mouth and you will be given full support to service your own client base.
The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic and keen to get involved with business development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook.
Requirements
- You will be an experienced Solicitor or Associate with a minimum of 2-4 years PQE
- You will have an excellent technical knowledge of Corporate or Corporate and Commercial matters and a strong billings history
- You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
- Salary is competitive, based upon experience
