This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-award winning Legal 500 in their Cambridge office. The have several offices spread across East Anglia and Essex with ambitious expansion plans in place which is why they are now seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate to join the Construction team. The firm has a strong reputation across sectors with Construction clients ranging from professionals such as Architects, Surveyors and Engineers to Local Authorities.
As you will be working as part of a leading Legal 500 firm within the Construction sector, there are excellent prospects on offer for you to progress as the team grows.
The role
The firm are now seeking to hire a Construction Solicitor or Associate into their expanding team based in their Cambridge office.
You will join an award-winning and experienced Construction team who are ranked in the Legal 500 and are regularly recommended by clients for their approach and outstanding expertise.
This is a varied non-contentious role working on an enviable client base across multiple areas such as: drafting terms and conditions of business, drafting and amending construction contracts, warranties and guarantees.
The variety of the caseload will make for an interesting role which comes with unrivalled career prospects and development. There may also be some elements of contentious work, should this be of interest
Requirements
- You will be a Construction Solicitor or Associate with 4 PQE+
- You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
