In-House Commercial Solicitor

My client, the market leader in the UK and Ireland and a key subsidiary of one of the largest credit management services providers in Europe based on expected future gross cash collections, requires a commercial lawyer as a result of a couple of recent acquisitions.

Working in a commercially focused role to support the Legal Director in the provision of a proactive and comprehensive legal service, you will play a pivotal role liaising with key stakeholders in the drafting, reviewing and negotiating on commercial contracts, with a particular focus on supplier contracts including;

IT contracts, software licences, support agreements, contracts with data and communication providers, consultancy agreements, facilities contracts, NDAs/confidentiality agreements, and supporting the Legal Director where required with client contracts including collections services agreements, direct trace services agreements, BPO outsourcing agreements, variation agreements, heads of agreement and supplier contracts that have been categorised as high risk.

Ideally, you're likely to have around 2-3 years PQE in commercial law, however those candidates with demonstrable acumen, a keen interest or exposure to commercial contracts and a willingness to learn will be considered.
