Residential Property Lawyer - SWAFFHAM

A well established and respected private practice in Swaffham are currently looking to add a Residential Property Lawyer to their team.

Ideal candidates will have gained 3 to 4 years of experience in the residential property / conveyancing area of work.

You would be joining a department with some junior team members and three members of secretarial support staff, therefore it would be preferable that the successful candidate has experienced gained in managing a technical caseload including all sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold, new build, equity, shared ownership and remortgage transactions.

You would be expected to be able to handle a caseload of sale, purchase transactions with some work on new build, help to buy, right to buy and shared ownership work.
