Defendant Clinical Negligence Paralegal

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright graduate with a passion for medical law and clinical negligence to join one of the best teams in North Yorkshire. No previous experience is required, although an LPC with relevant modules in clinical negligence or medical ethics is preferred - the ideal candidate will have consistently performed academically and look to push themselves in a defendant role that offers a broad exposure to processes involved in defending claims.

Based just a short walk from the Harrogate station, this is the ideal position to gain a foothold in a long and successful career in clinical claims. The successful applicant can expect to gain exposure to advising clients on liability issues relating to medical records, assisting in the preparation of court bundles, liaising with a range of experts and relevant witnesses, as well as attending several settlement and ADR meetings as well as a number of relevant conferences.
