THE FIRM
An international law firm handling a wide range of commercial and residential property matters with a real estate practice advising globally.
Clients include major property companies, institutional investors, banks, hotel groups, public sector organisations and corporate occupiers.
THE ROLE
A real estate associate is now sought to join a team handling, inter alia, investment acquisitions and disposals, financings and refinancings, development projects including planning and environmental advice, sale and leasebacks and other structures, and general commercial real estate management matters.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role you will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor 3-7pqe with extensive commercial real estate experience, including buying and selling, asset management, and development and of working on complex investment and development matters for demanding corporate clients
A stable career history showing steady career progression at a top tier commercial real estate practice (or practices) is essential.
You will be an ambitious self-starter with a strong desire to play a key role in developing the firm's real estate practice.
