Job Details
My client is a global asset manager looking to hire a senior Loans Lawyer into their London or Dublin office.
- Review and assist in negotiating a full range of finance documentation, and supervise outside counsel in various jurisdictions.
- Ensure the firm’s commercial intent is properly expressed in legal documents.
- Help maintain consistency across the differing deal teams
- Maintain records of each deal’s key features
The role requires;
- Being an expert in Loan documentation according to LMA standards
- Experience in multiple European jurisdictions
- A good commercial sense of market terms
A strong candidate will have 7-12 years PQE and have had experience of working in-house at a financial institution. Restructuring experience would also be favourable.
