Job Details

My client is a global asset manager looking to hire a senior Loans Lawyer into their London or Dublin office. 

  • Review and assist in negotiating a full range of finance documentation, and supervise outside counsel in various jurisdictions.
  • Ensure the firm’s commercial intent is properly expressed in legal documents.
  • Help maintain consistency across the differing deal teams 
  • Maintain records of each deal’s key features

The role requires;

  • Being an expert in Loan documentation according to LMA standards
  • Experience in multiple European jurisdictions 
  • A good commercial sense of market terms 

A strong candidate will have 7-12 years PQE and have had experience of working in-house at a financial institution. Restructuring experience would also be favourable.
