About Us

Our client is a global manufacturer and supplier of healthcare and pharmaceutical products.

The Opportunity

A new opportunity now exists to join the legal team based in the company's EMEA head office in Mayfair. In this role, you will undertake a broad-ranging role with responsibility for a range of matters including commercial contracts, trading terms and procurement. You will also analyse legal implications of various situations, advising the business accordingly and be involved with matters relating to restructuring, finance, and M&A.

You will support and work closely with the senior management team, managing the legal aspects of intra-group restructuring projects. In addition, you will have the responsibility of managing the activities and work of more junior members of the department to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join an international business in a key role for the legal team. Any in-house experience would be well-regarded but is not essential. Ideally, you will have trained and qualified with a top City law firm and be able to demonstrate an ability to work with a fast-paced business.

The successful candidate will be expected to proactively problem-solve and manage a large number of matters, ensuring all are followed up and appropriately addressed. Previous experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactions and commercial contracts is therefore essential.

To apply, please contact Jessica Goodman of Graff Search on jessica@graffsearch.co.uk or 020 3026 2241.
