Job Details
We have been instructed on an urgent requirement with one of the World's elite full service law firms looking to recruit a Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to cover a maternity leave for 12 months, starting ASAP. The firm is happy to consider both full-time and part-time candidate for this role.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 5+ years PQE advising on all aspects of real estate work including acquisitions, disposals, development, financing, landlord and tenant, asset and development management and structuring. The firm's work tends to be focused on high end, complex, structured transactions, often with a multi-jurisdictional aspect, so candidates from a leading City or US law firm rated for their real estate offering are encouraged to apply.
Day to day duties of this position will include creating and distributing knowhow products to internal lawyers and external clients, assisting to develop and deliver the firm's knowledge function, producing client briefings, training both internal lawyers and external clients, monitoring changes in English law and preparing monthly internal and external publications, amongst other duties. PSL experience is desirable but not essential for this role.
You will be joining an established team of all levels from senior management to trainees and paralegals, and you will be reporting directly into the partner who is currently managing the knowledge management function.
