Interim Counsel, Tech Start-Up, 3-6 months

This cutting edge tech company is changing the way companies interact with consumers. Formed only a few years ago and already enjoying sustained success, an outstanding opportunity now exists for a Commercial/Tech lawyer to join on an interim basis, initially for 3 months with likelihood of extending to 6 months.

What the Role Entails

You will manage a wide range of commercial and marketing contracts, as well as tech contracts. Many of these will be with advertising agencies and other partners. 

Data privacy is key and whilst specialist support for this is already in place, an understanding of data privacy will be helpful.

You will also be responsible for advising the business of risk and compliance as it continues to grow, working to provide solutions and the company continues to expand and shape the future of marketing, knowledge and consumer engagement. IT and IP will also feature.

The Type of Person We are Looking For

This is a role for a lawyer who is truly commercial, who is enterprising by nature and who can hit the ground running on a wide range of work with a tech focus.

You will work closely with the founders and the executive team in different countries, finding solutions and ensuring the commercial deals can be put into practice as soon as possible.

The Key Skills and Experience We Need

Commercial contracts experience is key as well as any tech, marketing or media experience.
