We have been instructed on a TMT role for NQ-2 PQE associates.  This tech-focussed, pioneering international firm is looking for UK or Hong Kong-qualified associates to join the highly-regarded team in Hong Kong.

The TMT team advises on some of the most innovative and complex technology and commercial matters in the market, ranging from regulatory to contentious matters, including those relating to AI, big data, cyber security, e-sports, robotics and FinTech.

The team liaises with many other departments, including corporate, competition, employment and dispute resolution to name a few.  The breadth of work on offer, coupled with an extensive outreach to the firm’s other departments allows associates to gain exposure to and advise an impressive array of local businesses, financiers and regulators – this level of client interaction is ideal for professional development.

For newly-qualified associates interested in applying, they ought to have completed a training contract seat in TMT/Commercial, and associates generally ought to have prior TMT/Commercial experience gained at a leading firm in the UK or Hong Kong.  The candidate will preferably be fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
