Senior Construction Associate (4+ PQE) – Move to a Market Leading and Progressive International Firm

This leading International Construction practice is operating well ahead of the curve working on headline grabbing contentious Construction matters and now seeks to add an ambitious Senior Associate to its team.

The Construction team is led by highly recognised Partners in this space and noted new hires that were strategic coups in the market, and now due to its exceptional growth and success, an individual at the Senior level is sought who is vying for partnership.

The incoming Senior Associate can expect to be building a client base and business plan, whilst leading on Construction Disputes and Adjudications and supervising a talented practice of junior lawyers on cutting edge matters.  

The successful candidate can expect to be working on a range of contentious Construction matters including providing advice on JCT and NEC contracts, as well as liquidated damages claims and delayed or warranty and performance based claims.
