Job Details
A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, is looking for a Housing management and Property Litigation paralegal. The role is permanent and is based in our client's London office.
The role will involve providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords in a broad range of matters, and assisting solicitors and other fee earners in the day-to-day running of files.
Duties include drafting and preparing claim forms, preparing trial bundles, and liaising with Court, ensuring all preperations are made deadlines are met.
Applicants must have a solid academic background, including a minimum 2:2 degree (or equivalent), successful completion or near-completion of the LPC, and exemplary IT and Communication skills. Organisation is key to this role, and so you will need to have possess excellent diary management skills.
Previous Property Litigation experience is a distinct advantage.
