Job Details
We have been instructed by a top international firm in Hong Kong on a role within their Corporate team to work on a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
The firm is well established in Hong Kong, and the corporate team itself is recognised as a leader in the Asian market. As such this is an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain strong experience whilst taking up a relocation to this vibrant city.
The firm is interested in hearing from candidates with between two to five years of post-qualification experience from a leading international firm. Candidates should be common law qualified, including UK, Australian, New Zealand, Hong Kong or Singapore qualified lawyers.
Prior M&A experience is required, and ideally candidates will also have worked on private equity matters.
Chinese/Mandarin language skills are not required for the role.
The firm offers an excellent salary in addition to a desirable relocation package. Sponsorship will also be offered by the firm as required.
