Our client is a leading Silver Circle firm with an established Middle East network.

The Dubai office is a full service office and your clients will include public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, governments and international bodies.

They have a market-leading corporate and commercial practice in Dubai and advise on the pre-eminent M&A and joint venture transactions in the Middle East.


Key Responsibilities


You will be given the chance to handle a variety of work, including public and private M&A, joint ventures and commercial transactions across the Middle East. You will be expected to take responsibility for significant elements of a transaction. This means that you must have significant transactional experience and strong transaction management skills.


Skills and Qualifications


We are currently seeking an outstanding Corporate lawyer with at least 3 years PQE and ideally have experience in the Middle East.

In all cases, candidates should have first class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach, excellent drafting and communication skills and enjoy being part of a friendly outgoing team. You must also have exceptional results throughout your academic history. You should demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills and a high level of commercial awareness.
