In-house Commercial Lawyer, 2 - 6 PQE

Excellent opportunity for a commercial lawyer looking to develop their skills in a complex and cutting edge business where no day is the same!

My clients is one of the largest employers in the West Midlands.  An opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join their large established legal team and advise on a range of commercial contracts and arrangements with touch upon all aspects of the business.  Working closely with business colleagues in marketing, procurement, finance, technology and innovation you will advise on, draft and negotiate a range of high contacts ranging from supply agreements, out-sourcing, technology and intellectual property agreements.

This is a great first time in-house move to join a leading organisation where you will be supported and guided by more experienced lawyers. Alternatively if you are currently working in-house this might be the ideal opportunity to diversify your experience.  The office culture is friendly and relaxed and a good work life balance is enjoyed by the legal team.   You will have lots of interaction across the legal team and wider business. 

This position would be suited to a lawyer with 2 - 6 years’ experience gained in commercial contracts, IT, IP, Corporate or  Commercial Litigation.  We are also keen to hear from more experienced lawyers who feel that this role would be a good fit!
