IP & TECH LAWYER, c. 3 TO 5 YEARS' PQE

ASSOCIATE

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IT LAW

CENTRAL LONDON

REF: 2011

Our client is a global law firm with a focus on acting for entrepreneurial, high-growth and creative businesses. The firm's Commercial Technology practice forms a key part of that offering, advising clients on a broad range of IP (establishment, exploitation and enforcement), technology agreements, information law and general commercial contracts, in a quasi-in-house fashion.

Their clients range from individual entrepreneurs, management teams and investors involved in high-growth business ventures to internationally recognised companies and brands within Tech, fashion/luxury, digital media, pharma/biotech and financial services

The successful candidate will be a versatile and proactive Commercial IP/IT lawyer with a "can do" attitude and a strong interest in the Tech and Creative sectors. You will have trained and gained relevant experience at a recognised IP/IT practice and/or in-house legal team, and display a commercial and entrepreneurial mind set.

The role offers an exceptional range of work and the opportunity to work closely with the key individuals driving entrepreneurial businesses in a highly dynamic ecosystem. A competitive salary, career platform and wholesome work/life balance.

Please send your CV in complete confidence to Alec Harvey at Kinsella Legal or contact Alec for a discreet discussion about this role.

Company

We are a boutique legal recruitment and resourcing consultancy, specialising in the placement of lawyers and legal professionals into roles both in-house and within law firms.

We pride ourselves on the relationships that we have built with our business partners over the many years that we have been in business.
We offer a unique service in the market place – a genuine fusion of in-house and private practice legal recruitment expertise, which offers a “full perspective” service to clients and candidates. Our careers as lawyers and now as legal recruitment consultants have enabled us to build a substantial network of contacts, which supports everything that we do.

Our clients and candidates choose to work with us because of our emphasis on building long-term relationships founded on integrity. It means recommendations are genuine, discretion assured and we never forget that today’s junior lawyer is tomorrow’s Managing Partner or General Counsel.
