Our client is a leading specialist law firm supporting businesses and entrepreneurs concerned in the innovation and technology ecosystem. The firm provides leading-edge legal and commercial advice to clients ranging from start-ups and early phase businesses to listed multinationals.
They are seeking to add a talented and ambitious junior/mid-level Corporate/Commercial associate to join their highly respected team.
The team advises entrepreneurs, management teams and investors in relation to the establishment and growth of innovation backed businesses, which invariably involve technology. The practice covers issues ranging from initial seed funding, venture capital rounds, exit strategies and M&A, in addition to advice on commercial agreements, IP rights, and joint ventures.
You will be an experienced Corporate/Commercial lawyer with experience and training gained from a respected commercial law firm or in-house legal team, and an interest in the innovation, tech and venture capital ecosystem.
