A branded Insurer that underwrite mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and tax insurance are looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Lawyer to focus on underwriting premium UK and European M&A deals.

The team is considered to be one of the markets most experienced W&I insurance teams with a team comprised of first-class private equity and M&A professionals who are trusted to make decisions on carrying risk through submissions received via the international broking community.

The role would suit a Corporate Lawyer interested in moving into technical appointment where he or she can remain within transactions in an environment to leverage their corporate law background. You will be confident in making decisions and operating in an agile working environment.
