Commercial lawyer – at least 4 years’ PQE – Bedfordshire

Due to international expansion and ambitious growth plans, an exciting opportunity has arisen for another lawyer to join Costa’s thriving and highly regarded legal team based in its head office in Bedfordshire.

Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel and joining a small legal team, you will provide legal support for Costa in relation to a broad range of commercial issues. This will include drafting, negotiating and concluding a broad variety of commercial agreements including  franchise, revenue share, procurement, supply and distribution of goods and services and digital services. There will also be a compliance element to the role, as well as exposure to IP and marketing and advertising support.

This is a highly commercial role within an exciting, fast paced and dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong technical background gained in the commercial or corporate team at a reputable law firm or similar in-house environment. Experience of franchising and /or digital work would be highly advantageous but is not essential. The ability to integrate quickly into a small, business facing legal team and possess a proactive attitude is a must.
