A great opportunity to join a family office with a global investment mandate active in both the Venture Capital and Private Equity space.
You will be joining a senior magic circle lawyer, and as a founding member of the legal team there will be strong prospects for your career progression.
You would be the key point of contact for day-to-day legal matters including:
- Assisting the portfolio team with deal execution and management;
- general corporate and commercial matters; and
- assisting the operations team with administrative legal matters.
