Technology/Commercial Lawyer - Leading Asset Manager - VP

We have been instructed by our client, a global asset manager to find a Lawyer to join their digital innovation legal team. The team provide support to technology focused client businesses across the group advising on commercial contracts, software agreements, complex on boarding arrangements and SAAS agreements with leading financial clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior commercial team members, be involved in the development of new products and services and will advise on a range of legal issues arising as a result of innovation across the tech platforms globally.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE* with a strong commercial or IT contracts background, ideally having worked within the financial services sector or with financial services businesses previously either in private practice or in-house at a recognised institution.
