**INTERNATIONAL FIRM** Corporate/ECM Associate 2-5PQE

A highly regarded International firm are looking to recruit an experienced Associate to join their expanding Corporate practice in London. The firm can offer high-quality City work, good career progression prospects and the chance to join a close-knit collegiate team.

The new joiner will assist Partners on a varied Corporate workload which consists of advising on matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and equity capital markets (including transactions on AIM). The firm's prestigious client base consists mostly of technology companies, financial services organisations and real estate businesses. Additionally, the successful candidate will be exposed to a large amount of multi-jurisdictional work.

The practice are looking for an individual with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience from within an International, City or leading regional firm. To be considered the applicant must have a strong academic record and whilst further experience of transactions on AIM would be beneficial it is not a pre-requisite to be considered for the role.
