Job Details
This stellar IP Disputes team acts in high profile, high value IP litigation with an international element, as well as handling portfolio management matters for internationally recognised brands. They act in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and General Court (CJEU) on a range of matters encompassing patents, designs, copyright, passing off, and trade mark infringement.
They have an opening to support and work alongside a 'named partner' who specialises in complex technical life sciences and technology patent disputes.
This is a senior level role and candidates will be considered at the senior associate to director/counsel level with strong and unobstructed partnership prospects.
