The Restructuring and Insolvency team at this Magic Circle firm are involved in leading and often headline grabbing deals acting for banks and other financial investors

They are seeking a junior associate (c.1-3pqe) to be based within the Restructuring and Insolvency team. You will have the opportunity to gain broad experience and also an understanding of the issues that arise in other jurisdictions. There are often opportunities for associates to go on secondment to clients and to foreign offices. Associates are encouraged to undertake a variety of work. There is a friendly and open atmosphere within the group and everyone is keen to share their knowledge and experience.

To be considered for this exciting new role within one of the best teams in the City you should possess a strong academic record and a track record of success at a Top 20 City or US firm in the City. They will also consider applications from Australian or New Zealand lawyers if from a 'Big 6' or top tier practice.
