An Associate can expect to be involved in the full lifecycle of a case, with plenty of opportunity for client contact, working directly with Counsel and dealing with opposing Solicitors. We expect our Associates to be fully immersed in the evidence and, play a part in the strategic direction of a case through to its conclusion, whether by negotiated settlement or court/ arbitration proceedings.
