Residential Property Associate / Partner - Bristol
If you are an experienced Associate Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career or a Partner at a firm and want to assist a relatively new firm with their ambitious plans for the future then this could be a great role for you!
An experienced Residential Property Associate / Partner is required to join a specialist law firm within their Bristol office.
My client is well respected and known for achieving successful outcomes for their clients and delivering exceptional levels of client care. They advise on Residential and Commercial property matters to regional and national clients.
Due to a sustained period of growth they now require an experienced Residential Property Associate / Partner to join them and assist with the continued growth of the department and firm.
You will be required to undertake a mix of freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, right to buy, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and equity release matters.
In addition to fee earning you will be required to supervise junior fee earners and proactively participate in business development and marketing activities.
You will be instrumental in the growth of the department and firm!
The successful candidate will be technically very strong, have a wealth of diverse experience and ideally be local to the Bristol area. You will either already be a Partner or an Associate who is looking to join a firm where they will be granted Partnership in due course.
On offer is a very competitive salary that is DOE
£45,000 - £60,000
