Job Details
As a part of the legal team within this global bank, this commercial solicitor will be providing advice and support to the commercial banking and internal clients. You will also be a representative within legal projects and providing a point of reference n technical issues. As a key member of the inhouse legal team, you will be liaising with stakeholders and advising the business on strategy and development of legal and regulatory frameworks, policies and procedures.
You will be an experienced commercial contracts solicitor with atleast 4 years' PQE in commercial contracts within a regulated industry. Ideally, you will be from a finance background but if you are from another regulated industry.
