Job Details
This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant looking to further their career in Property law to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 Property Department based in London. We are keen to speak with candidates keen to pursue the Legal Executive qualification as our client will support candidates in this.
The purpose of this role is primarily to assist with management transactions especially licences to assign underlet and alter, (includes the preparation of draft documentation), deeds of variation etc. for urban estate clients.
The jobholder will encounter a wide variety of property management matters across a mixed use urban portfolio (both commercial and residential) and may also be asked to assist with lettings, and surrenders. You may also be asked to help the private client residential team deal with residential sales and purchases for private clients. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating documents as well as running a significant number of your own files.
Our client is seeking someone who has experience gained in working with very high value clients and high net worth individuals.
