Job Details
Top City firm seeks a Corporate PSL, preferably with at least 7PQE, to support the firm's pre-eminent Corporate and M&A practice.
The firm's Corporate and M&A group deals with a diverse range of corporate work, across many different industry sectors, including advising on private and public M&A, equity offerings and private equity transactions for a host of well-known, international names.
For this role, which will report into the head of corporate knowledge, the firm is looking for someone with expertise in one or more areas of corporate, with experience gained from a leading firm known for the strength of its corporate practice, and preferably with at least 12 months' previous PSL experience. The successful candidate will be expected to assume a proactive role supporting the firm's corporate lawyers and promoting best practice, and to demonstrate excellent communication and drafting skills in what will become a front facing role. The person who takes this role will need to develop strong working relationships at all levels within the firm. A positive, "can do" attitude and flexibility is key. This is a full time position although for the right candidate the firm may be able to consider 4 days a week.
