My client is actively seeking a Commercial lawyer from in-house and (ideally) City law firms with corporate or commercial backgrounds, particularly those with client secondment experience. The company is in an exciting, dynamic, sociable and fun sector

The successful candidate will handle a wide range of commercial and corporate matters including:
. Procurement contracts
. IT contracts
. Logistics and supply chain agreements
. Digital support/marketing contracts.
. Work closely with our GDPR team.
. Advise the wider marketing teams on internal and external advertising, as well as promotions approval.
. Support with external lawyer relationships and keep tight control of performance and budgets
. M&A
